The 2 specialty evenings had either pasta or BBQ buffet. The menus in both restaurants did not change. You could also go to the restaurant that had a menu & grill.
On two evenings, one of the main restaurants was closed so you either had to eat early near the pool or order room service. It seemed the hotel was empty in the evening as there was not much in the way of entertainment. It has a huge lobby where it would be suitable to have a piano player to entertain the guests in the evening.
